The Best Watches sells men's, women's, premium-style and smart watches. Product details, prices and delivery are confirmed with you on WhatsApp before your order is placed and form part of these Terms.

3. Getting Started

  • An order is confirmed once we agree on the watch, price and delivery details in writing (usually on WhatsApp).
  • You share your delivery address and contact details so we can send your order to you.
  • Each order is separate; future orders are confirmed the same way.

4. Fees & Payments

  • Prices are confirmed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) on WhatsApp before your order is placed.
  • Delivery charges, if any, are confirmed with you before the order is finalized.
  • Payment instructions are shared when we confirm your order.
  • Prices may change for new stock; your price is the one confirmed for your order.

5. Refund Policy

  • If you have any concern about a payment or refund, contact us at 0330 1467105 and we will review your case fairly.
  • If we cancel your order before dispatch, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid.

6. Orders & Items

  • Photos show each watch as accurately as possible; slight colour differences can occur due to screen settings and lighting.
  • Please confirm the model, colour and strap type carefully before ordering; all are confirmed with you on WhatsApp.
  • If a watch arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp and we will resolve it fairly.

8. Honest Expectations

We describe every watch honestly. Colours may appear slightly different on different screens — when in doubt, ask us on WhatsApp before ordering.

9. Intellectual Property

Photos and content on this website are the property of The Best Watches and are for your personal use only. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
